First of all, you need to end all contact with him. Delete his phone number from your cell phone. Delete him from your friends list on Facebook, take him off your skype account and chat. Try to stay away from his good friends. You also need to meet new people.
Make out with his best friend.
Keep your mind busy on other stuff (fun stuff). And if you ever feel like crying, stop and think about how miserable you were with him, his defects and how much happier you are without him. Those things always work for me and the people I tell them to. Oh, and no girl deserves to be treated like crap, you're better off without him:). *HUGS*
