Whats wrong with me?

the past 3 years ive notice my hands are constantly shaking not to the point that one would notice right away but if pointed out then acknowledged, ive been tested 5 times,not diabetic, eat an great diet, but there are events more freguently when im at work that i turn pale and every inch of me gets shaky, Im not prego. Why? am i lacking a vitamin?which one?Could it be serious?

You could have a nervous system problem. I was watching this show called 'the doctors' and it showed this person that had shakes, big trembling shakes. A neurosurgeon was able to develop a device that was placed in her brain that controls these shaking sensations. Now back to you, I am not sure what to say but, see a doctor, have it checked and see what they say. It really could be something of great concern.

Sounds like an issue regarding the CNS. But honestly, only a doctor can answer this. I'd place it, naturally, under the same family as anxiety/ social anxiety. The nervous system is very complex, however. So this requires much more information.

I would ask my primary care physician for a referral to neurology for a complete work up.

Could be MS, get that checked, you have to get a spinal tap to check for that diagnosis
