Zyrtec for allergies is only to be taken once every 24 hours according to the bottle. What are the side effects if I take it every 12 hours?

I'm also still nursing my 10 month old, but my allergies are really bad!

Do not do that! If your allergies are that bad go to your doctor or try a neti pot to flush your sinuses.
