How to change my bad habits?
so lately I've noticed that I'm putting on weight (mainly noticed when I tried on a pair of size 10 bikinis and they were too small...i've always been a size 10. I was repulsed by the look of my body and thought of being a size 12 :/) ... i have serious food problems, I was allowed to eat whatever I wanted growing up and my mum generally fed me chips and chicken.. processed foods! so obviously I grew up hating all vegies. still to this day I screw my face up. it's making it awfully hard to eat anything .. I live off crap like pasta and ham and cheese sandwiches. I don't eat breakfast. I work in an office so I'm sitting all day which isn't helping on the exercise part. and then I'm absolutely not at all motivated to exercise as my mind set is whats the point when I can only eat junk! so basically I need help! I need motivation to exercise... but I can't afford a personal trainer. and I need ways to try vegies without being repulsed. does anyone have any ideas? please!
