Unless you have some condition that causes you to retain too much water you really shouldn't do that. It's a unhealthy way to lose weight and not a realistic way either.

You can shed numerous pounds of water weight in a week, depending on the quantity of water that is currently stored in your body, and how much of the water pills you actually take. A water pill is basically a form of drug or medication which causes the body to get rid of more water weight than you do normally. Water pills, or more properly, diuretics, are powerful drugs. Unless you're taking them for a real, medical reason, they can be dangerous. They can throw off the electrolyte balance of your body, and that can cause all kind of problems, including heart attacks. Water weight is just that, water weight. Losing water weight does nothing about a real weight problem. That requires a sensible, healthy, physician-approved weight loss plan. In short, water is not fat.
