What is a muscle tremor and how is it caused? I have them all the time in my legs and feet.

There are a variety of causes for this from low potassium to certain medications. I would begin with lowering your caffine consumption and increase your potassium by eating bananas or other foods high in potassium. This can also be caused from leg stress if your big on walking, jogging, or a job where you are on your feet a lot. If this is the case, be certain to always wear good supportive shoes. There are other health issues that can potentially bring these on, therefore always a good idea to discuss such with your doctor to make certain something isn't being over looked. Hope it gets better for you. : )

I would go and see a dr. Because they can ask different question about your health.

these can be caused by a lot of different things it could be a seriously mild form of terrets or even a sleeping disorder sometimes when your asleep you sleep deeply enough that your own brain in laymens terms needs to make sure ur still alive and sends a signal to your legs to jerk and jolt you awake sometimes these can even occure when you are already awake meaning theres something going on if you are concerned about i suggest seeing a doctor to make sure its nothing serious
