4S, unless u dont wanna spend all the money then just get the 4. u can get refurbished iPhones for cheaper on AT&T

4s is good, but the battery life is horrible. If you do, don't charge your phone constantly. Let your battery completely die, ten charge it all the way to 100%. It does help a lot.
