You can easily and comfortably gain weight by knowing your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) so as to determine your daily calorie intake. You must have a super high metabolism! I had one as well. I was 111 until I was 25 and I'm 5'4". Just try to build muscle and eventually unfortunately our metabolisms will slow down. Enjoy not gaining weight now cuz later you won't be able to get it off as easily

you may be stuck with your high metabolism. you should eat 4 or more times a day... in moderation. in fact, that's a good way to lose weight. so now it comes down to what you're eating. weight control is not a matter of following some rules set down by someone who wants to sell books. it's a lifestyle choice.look into healthy eating choices from people who have no desire to make money off of your situation. some of us are just going to be skinny. (funny how no one thinks of that label as offensive) there is research that seems to show that "lithe" people live longer. chin up and just eat healthy.
