How can I get on my computer if my parent put a password on it?

Is there a way to change it without the CD guide?

It might not be possible for you to access your computer since it has been locked using some specific codes. I think it would be better if you requested your parent to assist you with the password. You can also come to an agreement on how to use your system in a timed schedule.
