Does africa need financial help from the west

NO! They need moral governments that will actually try to care for the people. However, some areas in Africa are so messed up that they do need money.

explain what financial help does african american needed help in the west? but no they did not need financial help in the west because of the people that called them master's they had a home and were abuses if the white people thought that they had done something wrong?
