I think I pulled a muscle in my back. What can I do to feel better?

On the middle right side of my back, there's just this one spot that a little sore, pretty tight, and uncomfortable. But everywhere else feels fine. How can I make it feel better?

You can place an ice pack on the injured as this can help with the pulled back. It can help reduce the swelling and the pain as well. You can also apply heat to the area as this can help with the pain too. You can get more tips that can help at http://www.ehow.com/how_2284027_treat-pulled-back-muscle.html.

Ibuprofen and a heating pad. Or do what I do. Go to the doctor, point at the pills and say gimme gimme

The pain isn't that bad. It just hurts a little. But really tight and stiff. Thanks!
