How to create game in DOTA?

My friend and I would like to play DOTA but we don't know how to create a game in DOTA, will someone will help us?

If you are asking about hosting a game, then start by writing down the IP address and default gateway (192.168.1.136 and 192.168.1.1). Open a web browser and type the default gateway in the address bar. Enter a username and a password, which is usually admin for most routers.
