You should not discriminate against Mexican immigrants because that are human beings just like you, and the only reason they are taking the risk of immigration is to run away from problems like the drugs lords who force them to work in coke fields.
Because most of them are morally sound, hard working, family oriented, productive, funny, God fearing people. They leave their kids at young ages to travel to a place (where they could die on the way) in hopes that they can send a few dollars back to not only their kids, but their wives/ husbands and mothers.
No matter the circumstances, they are breaking the law if they come here illegally. No different if someone robs a bank because they are broke. I don't discriminate in either case. Do it the legal way and America welcomes you with open arms as it has for centuries. Legal immigration is what has made America great. The problem lies when you come here illegally, use our tax money for your personal needs (hospital, housing, food stamps, welfare etc.) and work under the table then send the money back to your country of origin. This does nothing to better America and only drains our resources. I will add that America needs to find a better and faster way for immigrants to come here legally.
Why would you want to? These are desperate people trying to find a better way of life. I don't support what they are doing, but I understand it. It is a big problem and we have to find better ways to deal with it.
Because Mexicans are just as human as the rest of us. I know you know this. Are you talking about >illegal< immigrants? It's not absolutely horrible to discriminate against them because they kind of destroy a system. But you should at least try to be understanding; Mexico is a bad place to be right now.
Immigrants, or illegal immigrants? Because we don't discriminate against legal ones. We don't really discriminate anyway-- we are enforcing the laws. One does not discriminate against criminals, one merely enforces the laws. And we are a nation of laws!
