What is the level of potassium in the white rice and potato? and is it good for diabetic people?

White rice and potatoes should be eaten in moderation by a diabetic as they both contain high amounts of starch which turns to sugar during the digestive process.
Brown rice or wild rice is preferable. Minute Rice should be avoided.
