Are VAT-Registered companies better-off (in term of VAT) transacting with VAT-Registered suppliers?

Report as

Quite frankly, there isn't much difference because you will still have to pay VAT on all the goods you use which are VAT chargeable. However, if your supplier isn't registered for VAT, which means they didn't charge you VAT, then you can't claim VAT back.
