Can I safely add baking soda to my drinking water to increase the ph?
And if so, how much?
Baking soda has been used for a long time to raise drinking water pH. Just add a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to one liter of water before drinking or 4 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice to the same amount of water.
