I was told that I have 3 vaginal walls instead of 2, what does this mean and does it affect anything?

The Doctor that told you this should have explained this to you. Call Him up and ask him to explain this to you over the phone, He should have done his job more thoroughly

I dont think that affects anything. It will just be super moist, and a little more protected than your average one. I would still talk to a doctor and ask what it means.
