The first thing to do is to ask the other person when to meet and talk. Secondly, focus on the behaviors and events, but not on personalities. Thirdly, listen carefully to what the other party has to say and identify points of agreement or disagreement. Next, prioritize the areas of conflict and develop a plan to work on the conflict. Finally, follow on the plan and build on your success.
