Do sleeping pills work?

Sometimes! I have an RX & sometimes they work, sometimes they don't!

Sleeping pills do work. They work by sending a signal to the central nervous system that it is the actual time for sleep. They depress the system resulting in relaxation, tranquility, less anxiety, slowed breathing, sleepiness, staggering gait, poor judgment and uncertain reflexes.

that is a good idea young lady friend and you take care of yourself - your family and they will take care of you - make sure you watch the boys and be pure - play hard to get and dont settle for nothing but the best ---------
