I have an schwinn electric scooter its has no power. I check the fuse its ok the battery looks ok but when but i try to charge it up

and it wouldn't charge. Thought it was the fuse but it not. What can it be i need help.

I would recommend you take off the side cover over the belt and watch the variator and clutch while running. Your problem might reveal itself. You can as well take it to a professional to help you fix the problem.

I would put a voltage meter on the battery... Sounds like the battery might be toast! Good luck.
