Try to drink plenty of water, eat in smaller portions but around 5 times a day. Try not to eat 2 hours before you are going to sleep/laydown in bed. Go run for at least thirty min everyday. when you get into the routine, start adding other stuff to your workout. Quit eating candies, cokes, ice cream, etc..
create an equation with intake of calories (eating) vs. expanditure of calories (excercise). when you take in less than than you expend then you lose weight. the exception being if you have a metabolic disorder. in that case you lose weight with the help of a doctor.

Excersize for at least 30 minutes a day, and the choices are endless! Pick something that fits you! 3. Get out of the house, and don't just sit around all day! 4. you basically just need to watch your calorie intake, exorcise, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated, and dont eat to much junk food. A good way to keep yourself active is find a sport that you really like to play, do it with a friend/family member, or make up a game (your really never to old to do so)
