Well one way I have known and I've been smoking for years is the nicotine will replace some of your chemical balances and it will make you feel like you need one. Also the chemicals in the cigarette will most definitely kill brain cells like the rat poison called arsenic, the tar can screw you up and so can the other chemicals in it. I only smoke because I relied on it so long for my depression and bipolar disorders but some it works on some it don't.
It doesn't. It will rob you of your breath when you get older, it will make you not think as clearly, it will fill your body with toxins, it will make you stink really bad and it will kill you.... but it won't make you crazy.
it doesnt affect mental health but it does change other things. heres why you shouldnt smoke: Diseases caused by smoking are the second largest killer of people who have a mental illness. People who change their smoking habits get a real boost in their confidence and feel a great sense of achievement. Quitting improves people’s appearance and hygiene, with stained teeth and fingers and the smell of smoke disappearing. People who quit smoking may only need a lower dose of anti-psychotic medication. Those who do quit have more money to spend on enjoyable things like going to the movies as well as essentials like paying the rent or buying food.
