Is there a specific disorder for a young person who believes they are very old or elderly?

There's no specific disorder that is associated with a young person believing that he or she is elderly. However, there's a form of phobia known as gerontophobia, which is slightly related. Gerontophobia is the unnatural fear of aging, which can be manifested by a believing you're old when you're not.

Wow! Thank you, the person says they embrace their age and is not fighting old age. The person believes they cant do physical activies, losing eye sight, losing hearing, does not socialise, leave the apt. watches only the history channel. Everything is limited because he is 'old'. Basically 43 but acts 70.

I never figured that maybe this could be attributed to a fear of getting old, how do I help this person?
