What are some tips on losing weight?

Get some old excersize tapes or go to YouTube and look up Tae-Bo. They can be very motivational. Also, after a nice run or jog, they say the best things to eat is a bowl of cereal.

I do. I ride my bike 5 miles and run 20 minutes everyday w/o stopping

Eat healthy and find an excercise or sport that you enjoy. Loosing weight doesn't have to be boring!
