Why don't inhabitants of other warm climates aren't prone to skin cancer?

Inhabitants of warm climates are not prone to skin cancer since their skin cells are adapted to the solar rays. When a child is born on the areas, their skin tends to adjust with the environmental factors available.

They do but not as often. their dark pigmentation protects them
