How much can I get for a Nintendo DS?

My sister wants to sell her Original Nintendo DS in hopes of getting some money for a Nintendo DSI. She wants to sell it to a video game store, like Gamestop.

Don't sell at Gamestop. This year I sold a 60gb Xbox 360 to them and only got $40 out of the deal. I can surely imagine that you'll get less for the DS. Amazon and Ebay is your beat bet and you can cash in a lot more than what Gamestop will offer. I would also suggest you buy a 3DS instead of the DSi. It's a little more money but it's worth it.

If she sells her original Nintendo DS to a game store, she may only be able to get between $100 and $125. However, if she sells it privately on eBay or Craigslist, she may be able to get $150 to $200 plus shipping.
