dont skip breakfast eat low calorie meals dont snack all day, eat 3 meals and that's it eat less dont go out to eat bike, hike, or rike, just kidding run, I was on a roll you need to go on a 1,500 calorie diet
1lb= 3000 calories so if you want to lose a pound eat 3,000 calories less. which means if you ate nothing for 2 days you would lose about 1lb(unless you exercised. if you ate 2,800 calories a day, you would gain a lb in a few months becuase 200+200+200...=3000

Don't eat. Seriously, I'm not anorexic or anything, but not taking in food and exercising constantly will rapidly break down fat reserves. Might not be twenty pounds, but it'll be significant. You could also invest in some metabolism-boosting foods. Acai berries are a good idea.
There really isn't a healthy way to loose that much in one week, doing so would be unhealthy and make you sick. There are ways to loose a lot in a week like eating healthy and small meals, drinking more water, and getting on a work out plan. Good luck but please try to be healthy about it.
