I don't know why people cuss. But there are words that appear to be bad words but really aren't. For instance, did you know a male donkey is a jackass and a female is a Jenny.

Hi verona1819,
The best rule of thumb is if you do not hear it on network TV such as ABC, NBC and CBS then it is not allowed on Ask. Answering and asking questions can certainly be done without inserting curse words. :)
I not only agree with shooshie525, but also with Ask policy. The only thing that cuss words do is to lower yourself and the opinions of others regarding you. I understand the occasional slip in everyday life, but when someone takes the time and forethought to actually type out the word, that is not a "slip". There are much better ways of expressing oneself than resorting to gutter-speak.
Hey, mikale... Bang! as in I hit the nail on the head, or Bang! as in I missed the mark so completely I deserve to be shot, lol?
I see it, I flag it, it's gone...done deal.
Can't blame ya with the hiding! These kids should write a soap opera!
You're most welcome Maha! I always green ya, and Kuu too! Usually the first thing I do when I get home from work :o)
Nope, still have tomorrow to work. Then off till Monday, but might go in over the weekend to get a jump start on graduation cleaning. Never ending...
Cussing is not a necessity, BUT I do LOVE it :) I like how Ask has SORT of helped me to cut down on cussing.
Doctor: "Ever had an accident?"
Rancher: "No."
Doctor: "Never had an accident in your whole life?"
Rancher: "Well, last spring I was out in the pasture and a bull tossed me over the fence."
Doctor: "And you don't call that an accident?"
Rancher: "No. I think the bull did it on purpose."
