You will keep your skin fresh and smooth by always using a hydrating lotion to lock moisture into your skin after a shower. You should wash your face with a gentle cream-based cleanser and moisturize it with a lotion that contains an SPF of 15 or higher. Use body scrub on your arms and legs at least once a week. Remember to exfoliate rough areas like the back and the elbows.
