What to do when sad/mad?
I need something to cheer me up.
I'd use a stress ball.
Pray, exercise, or talk to someone about it
reading,listen to cheerful songs or talk to someone understand you
listen to dubstep while doing something physically active. trust me, it works. follow me if you like my answer :)
Mainly exercise. Mostly, ket myself feel what I feel, then move on.
Go for a long walk and listen to "Dreams Come True" by Hall & Oates :)
