Depending on the amount of muscle pain it depends. Most ways I have found to deal with it are taking a hot bath in epson salts (that helps bruises too). Icey Hot or bengay massaged into the muscle hurting is good as well taken with whatever it is you take for everyday aches and pains at your house. If it does not go away or gets worse I would go to a doctor and let them know, they should give you a muscle relaxer if you are lucky.
