You simply ask God to help them get better. Nothing fancy. Just be sincere. It really works when it's meant to be. (You can also ask others to pray for them too, if you're comfortable with doing that. Hoping they get better - I'll offer a prayer for you both.)
You can say :"O God , I ask you by your mercy which envelopes all things , that you cure ....... ( your beloved one ) , you're the most merciful " and tell him what's in your mind , and pay charity ( I mean give money to poor people or for those who need it )

I have a sick friend too. She has a really rare disease that they have been trying to figure out for a bit over a year now, so I understand your heart ache :(. When I pray about her, I generally change it up a bit, because I always pray for her to get better but that might not be his will, and I need to work with it and be accepting. There could be other things to bless her with other than simply getting well. After I go through saying what I am thankful for, I ask for my needs. I say "dear kind heavenly father, at this time I am very concerned with my friend's health. Please bless her in this time with strength to endure and comfort. Please bless her family during this time of hardship with comfort and with thy love. Please bless, if it be thy will, that the doctors may be able to help her and she may be able to get better. Please bless her father also, in any way that thou may see fit to bless her with. These things I ask and pray, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen. Doesn't have to be exactly like that, just to help. I hope your friend gets better! I can pray for her too if you'd like:) just pray from your heart. God hears and answers every single prayer.
