How can you make a guy ask your friends out? ( Dont mean it in a force way just her but he's scared to ask) And she doesnt want to ask

To make the guy ask your friend out, you should encourage your friend to flirt with him. Tell her to make eye contacts with him and try to make room for the two of them.
