What should you do if your paycheck is consistantly incorrect?

not getting raise on 40 hrs only 32 and they are using a weighted average on an hourly employee

In my opinion, the best thing to do is to consult with your HR and find out what the problem is. He/she should be able to follow up with the finance department on what is going on. If it is deliberate, then this goes against the contract you signed then you can consult a lawyer to find out the best course of action to take.
