What is this "school uniform" you speak of? .-.

I am moving to Florida this summer, (Bay County) so I wanted to see what the schools were like. I found out they must wear uniforms. Is that a violation of The First Amendment?
The schools also say your religion or beliefs could interfere with the dress code, so if I said, "I'm an Atheist (Yes, I know it's not a religion) and I believe in free will.." could I then wear the clothes I wore in my other school? Such as skinny jeans, bands shirts like Nirvana, Green Day, etc, or apparel like that.
Could I get expelled after repeatedly wearing what I want?
Also, if the dress code on the school page says nothing abut dyed hair, or facial piercings, do I have to change that?

Yes, I kind of have to go to that school. I'm moving to Bay county.

And what do you listen to? Some crap like Maroon 5?

School uniforms represent equality of all those who are there. You and another person wearing a uniform are of the same rank. But you are still free to express yourself. Thus the answer is no...

Ummm u should move around olympia high school in orlando orange county u can WEAR ANYTHING just as long as it doesnt show ur underwear

The short answer is: It is not a violation. Just bring your street clothes in a back pack so you can change after class. It is not the end of the world. And those rules may be in place for a number of safety reasons.

Im pretty sure freedom of exoression is not a protected right. Freedom of SPEECH is but clothing isnt speech. Besides its not like youre the first one to think of causing problems because they didnt want to wear a uniform and yet schools still have uniforms. So itll be a HUGE waste of your time and money to sue. Theres already a legal precident for schools winning those cases. Whatever you come up with i bet theyve already heard it and theyll laugh in your face.
If you show up in anything but their uniform you probably wont even get to your first class before getting kicked out. its usually required for ALL students, not an optional choice.

Sorry, you are not going to win this one. You are in school to learn and uniforms take a lot of distractions out of the equation. If everyone is wearing the same thing you can not judge them for their clothes, which is a huge problem in middle and high schools. You'' have to learn to express yourself in other ways. As for the religion or free will being able to change your uniform, not unless you have an organized religion that says you must wear skinny jeans. You'll be able to wear what you want at social and sporting events.
