What does a p1406 code on a 2002 ford escape V6 3.0 engine refer to?

A P1406 code on a 2002 Ford Escape V6 3.0 engine refers to the differential pressure feedback electronic sensor circuit downstream hose that either refers to hose being off or broken. The upstream and downstream hoses are located on the intake manifold.
