I'd say lots of meat, some junk food, but not too much, otherwise youll feel really crappy!

Eat and work out so it'll give you muscle weight.

yeah I have been for about a month but i have a very high metabolism.

I play jr high football & Im 5'7 I weight 120 pounds & I see some of my teammates eating more than the usually do
Work out more out on some muscle weight...eat cheese & drink milk
