How do I download to laptop?

I just got a new laptop & I want to download stuff from net(games,music,movies)but haven't a clue what to do or where to go and I don't know much about computers in general. Its a toshiba on windows 7.

To download stuff into your laptop, you need first to have internet connection and a reliable browser. Identify the site from which you want to download music, games or movies from and open them. Some sites may require you to have a user account to be able to download from them. The following site gives you an example. go to the internet, go to google.com and write in the search bar. Also another way to download would be to use torrents
