Sometimes..just know this you can follow and unfollow anyone up here, and if you feel uncomfortable with a certain follower you can report it to Ask.com...hope you enjoy your experience up here!

It's all up to each user. No one can make you follow someone, just because they tell you to.

Probably not. I think it's obnoxious and desperate. it depends on if the person wants to or not
