First take then out often, they have little bladders. Puppies always go when they wake up, after they eat or drink, and after a good bout of play. Since you now know this always take them outside when any of this happens. Also take them out about every 1/2 hour when they are up. Always reward them when they go potty outside. You can give a small treat at first, but lots of love and praise works in the long run. When they have an accident, never punish them, remember they are just a baby and are still learning. If you catch them in the middle say "NO" and quickly get them outside. If you don't see them do it, just clean it up and forget about it, the puppy already has.
rub its nose in it as soon as it happens you have to keep a close eye on it never to long after because your puppy wont know what he/she is getting in trouble for use punishment such as an outside chain or a inside crate dont give in to the crying if u spank it never use your hand use rolled up news paper seems to be the the best to use if you use you hand the puppy will think you are going to spank it every time you raise you hand to do anything
Take the puppy out often (every 1/2 to 1 hr depending on how active he/she is) & praise him/her every time he/she does what you want him/her to do. Also take him/her out as soon as as possible after waking up & after feeding. Crates are wonderful to have when you can't keep an eye on the pup
