Do people remember all deaths on memorial day or just those of fallen soldiers?

Report as

Just the fallen soldiers. It's a big thanks to them for giving the ultimate sacrifice (their lives) to protect this country. While I am well aware you may wish to have people know of a loved one you lost who wasn't a soldier, the thing is I'd prefer to keep my personal losses to those who can truly appreciate them. Mom may have done some wonderful things, but there are always going to be those people who say "so, what? [insert name here] didn't do anything for our freedom".

Just fallen soldiers. It's a small thing as we can never really thank them (or their families) enough for what they've done for us.
