My iPhone 4 firmware is 4.11.08. how can I unlock it I bought the phone off someone an AT&T act like they can't help!?

You can unlock an iPhone 4 by using Cydia and an application known as Ultrasnow. The application is as software that is used to unlock a phone. You can visit www.ehow.com/how_8197242_unlock-iphone-os-4.html for the instructions on unlocking your phone.

If its out of contract and you have an att account you can call them to tell you to unlock it and they will do it free

Thanks I tried that but I bought the phone off someone an AT&T act like they can't help when I give them the imei number.
