draw a butterfly on your arm(: name the butterfly after someone you love and when your about to cut and you see the butterfly youll think again cause if you cut the butterfly its like hurting the person you loved. it help alot of my friends(:

try going to experienceshare.com I would try bracelets, thinking about other things, writing a c on your wrist reming you not too, do something to scare yourself out of it, like imagining scars for the rest of your life, or cope with what started it. be sure to think happy things, dont have alot of free time, and dont form a habbit to stop this one, if your doing it too feel good, try music instead, that always cheers me up.
I don't mean this as rude at all, I'm being serious but do you really want help? What I mean is do u know it's hurting you? Are you ready to let it go? You have to be ready to change for anything to actually work, keep looking, the right doctor is out there and you can stop! You are capable of change even if you think you aren't!! Please don't give up on yourself change is on its way you just haven't found the right way to start that change yet, I think it will happen for you!
