In distribution of fish, handling of the fish in sanitary conditions is of utmost importance in all the states. One condition is that, all fish should be transported in refrigerated modes of travel; sealed to avoid contamination .They should also be enclosed in insulated bodies with 50% weight of ice to fish weight.
