What foods help you grow?
I want to grow. I feel I am too skinny and want to gain a little bit of weight but be healthy at the same time. I need to know what I should eat in order to grow and gain some weight. I also play alot of tennis, i ay more than 2 hours a day- and please dont comment saying ' stop playing tennis' because i HAVE/WANT to play: so I feel maybe that is keeping me from gaining weight, but my friends also play and they have weight on them. I want to grow taller, and gain weight. Please help!
