I need a new doctor in my area martin/st lucie county due to pharmacies not filling prescribtions for people who have a doctor out of county

does anyone know a good doctor who isnt just writing prescribtions to make money,but writing them for people as myself with a gunshot wound/chronic injury or of the likes that has destroyed my left shoulder and arm and I cannot use it at all due to the intence pain which just lead to me trying even tho i didnt have my pain medication cause I was unable to fill it because of this new policy because of all the people who have abused it/addicts which lead to me falling because i lost strength in it holding my 10 month old son which i had no choice but to fall on my good arm to save him from falling which broke my right arm, wrist and hand.Now I have no good upper limbs my right being casts and the other having numerous issues because of my 10 yr old gunshot wound. Being a single 32 yr old mom this is immpossible.. So if anyone has advice i would be grateful for the names and number.
