well in my opinion i think at 14 you should start wearing eyeshadow and start playing around with foundation.. finding your right shade of foundation and start wearing some mascara. I think you should wait until your late 15 or maybe early 16 to start wearing eye liner.
At 14, I think that mascara, a little bit of sheer foundation and some LIGHT blush and lip gloss would enhance your natural beauty and youthfulness. Stay away from liner because if it#039;s not applied exactly right it can make you look hard! Maybe a tiny bit of shadow in the evenings. Just remember: LESS is MORE!, meaning the less you have on the better you#039;ll look. Oh another way to look fresh and natural is to have perfectly waxed or tweezed brows. Just the strays and enough to give you a little arch. Hope this helps, Kat!
At this age all you need to do is have glowing skin to look really pretty. You can try a product by Clarins Australia called the Beauty Flash Balm...it's made from natural ingredients. Click here at http://www.ry.com.au/clarins-c-612.html to check it out.
Keep it light & simple if you really are interested in wearing make-up. Stick with the basic little bit of mascara or eye-liner and very light pink blush. NO Heavy eye-shadows or bright. No foundation nor lip sticks, wear clear lip-gloss or a light tint pinkish lip-gloss. Go for a basic glamor look.
