To get rid of ingrown hair, soften the skin and open the hair follicles by taking a warm bath or shower. Exfoliate the skin with a scrub that has salicylic or glycolic acid. Use a sanitized tweezers to pull out the ingrown hair. Treat the area with an antiseptic spray once you are done.
Idk google Dr. Oz's weirdest shows he always has great advice when it comes to things like that. Off the top of my head, soften it in a tub of Epsom salt, carefully poke it with a needle, gently squeeze and apply corn starch afterwards to draw out the access fluid. (I'm not a Dr. tho just a mom so look for a Dr's advice 1st.)
