A lot of reasons, it beautifies the neighborhood, It gives families a place to go with the kiddies, the pool will not only cool folks down but is another chance to be with family & you can learn how to swim, A really good thing is that the kids are out of the house, not sitting on the couch playing games & starring at the boob tube you can admire the flora & the fauna. The kids get to interact with others & the parents know where the kids are,
