LOTS OF EXERCISE! Fifty pounds is a lot to lose in one month. I understand the desire to lose weight but to lose that much in such a short time might involve either an expensive procedure or a process that could be damaging to your health. But besides that point. Make sure you do lots of cardio workout. Running and walking are probably the best. Make sure you have a healthy diet. Count calories and make sure you aren't consuming too much fatty foods. Good luck but in one month i think twenty or thirty pounds is a more realistic goal. Don't get discouraged if you don't lose a lot of weight in the beginning. Women's bodies won't lose a lot of weight until the exercise and diet have been a normal thing for about a week or two.
So, to loos weight you needa set a goal if your goal is loosing 50 pounds it might take you around 5 months or less but you will need to go for jogs 30 minutes or more daily i would recomend also using leg weights, dieting is very importont you are going to want to eat less than 2000 calories a day no less than 1500 though also thw morw muscle you have the more calories yoy burn ..good luck :)
youu dont look like ur overwheight (well iff thts you in dat pic) but iff you want get a membeship at a gym nd go there everyday or rec centers are fun as hell for mee! i just go there to play basketball ALL day:p
